Here at The Village Surgery all of our pre-bookable and release on the day GP appointments are now available to be booked online.

How do I register to manage my appointments and prescriptions online?
If you wish to register to manage your appointments and order your repeat prescription online you can phone the surgery, or visit us in person, and speak to any of our receptionists who will sign you up after confirming a few of your details
How do I register to view my medical records online?
If you wish to view your medical record online we ask that you complete a Request for Online Access to Medical Records Form which can be downloaded by clicking here. This form should then be brought to our reception team in person along with a valid form of ID.
The NHS App
If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the NHS App, a simple and secure way to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP health record, update your contact details and more. The NHS App gives you more control over your health and care and enables you to access your GP medical record securely. This means you can see it when speaking to a health and care professional, for example. Owned and run by the NHS the app is designed and operated by the NHS in England to give you access to a range of services. We will carefully check your identity when you register for the app, which is secure and easy to use. The NHS App will not replace existing services. You can still contact the GP surgery in the usual ways if you prefer.
